Terms & Conditions AICS outline the rules, policies, and responsibilities governing the use of AICS courier and logistics services.

General Terms
  • All online payments made through Internet Banking are processed via our authorized banking partner.

  • By proceeding with the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Refund Policy
  • Once a payment is submitted, it shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • No payment shall be transferred to another account.

Refund Exceptions
  • In rare cases, if a refund request arises, the applicant must furnish a genuine and valid reason in writing.

  • Such requests must be submitted to the AICS Head Office within 5 working days of the payment.

  • The matter will be carefully reviewed, and AICS reserves the right to make the final decision.

Bank-Specific Terms
  • Online payments made by customers in HDFC Bank shall not be returned under any circumstances.

  • However, the application will be appropriately considered for further action as per AICS internal policies.

Dispute Resolution
  • Any dispute or differences arising from these terms and conditions, including performance or non-performance, shall be subject to the exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat (India).
