Stay Safe. Ship Securely with AICS.
At AICS, customer trust, transparency, and data security are fundamental principles of our operations. As international shipping and digital communication continue to expand, fraudulent activities impersonating courier service providers have also increased globally.
This notice has been issued to inform customers about potential courier-related fraud risks and to clarify AICS’s official communication policies.

Unauthorized individuals may misuse the name of courier service providers to mislead customers. Such fraudulent activities may include:
Emails or messages claiming a shipment is on hold due to unpaid charges
Requests for customs clearance fees through unofficial payment links
Distribution of fake tracking numbers
Impersonation of courier representatives via phone calls or messaging platforms
Requests for confidential financial or verification details
Customers are advised to independently verify any suspicious communication before responding or making payments.

You should exercise caution if you notice any of the following:
Sender email addresses or contact details that do not match official AICS communication
Urgent payment demands without proper shipment booking confirmation
Links redirecting to unfamiliar or unsecured websites
Requests for OTP, UPI PIN, passwords, or banking credentials
Threatening language regarding shipment cancellation, seizure, or penalties
